Description The Role: Are you passionate about supporting the Arts and seeing young people thrive in a creative environment? The Administration Assistant provides high-quality administrative and customer service support across the Performing Arts department. This role in integral to the smooth operations of the Performing Arts department; providing administrative support across productions, events and general operations. This is a permanent part-time (0.6FTE) position based at the Kew campus. The Person: To be successful in this position, you will have: Previous experience in a similar administrative role Strong interpersonal relationship skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A genuine interest in Performing Arts and education Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Expertise with the Microsoft Suite, in particular, Word, Excel and One-drive Previous experience with Compass would be high advantageous Strong problem-solving skills High level of organisational and time management skills Flexibility to handle and prioritise multiple tasks according to the needs of the department A valid Employee Working with Children Check is a requirement of employment for this position.
