Part-Time Hours: Monday: 8:30am – 5:30pm Tuesday – Thursday: 8:30am – 2:00pm Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm Your Opportunity: This role serves as the face of our Support Centre, ensuring daily office operations run smoothly. It provides excellent exposure across the business and is a ideal stepping stone into a variety of career paths. Greet, welcome, and assist all visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner. Manage visitor sign-ins and ensure compliance with security procedures. Coordinate meeting rooms and maintain a tidy and functional environment at all times. Handle incoming phone calls and office email enquiries, directing them appropriately. Oversee the general organisation and presentation of the office Manage kitchen supplies, snacks, fridges, and coffee machines, including ordering and restocking. Coordinate mail and courier services with delivery providers. Assist with catering orders for internal meetings, events, and training sessions. Conduct daily walk-throughs to identify any facilities issues and liaise with building management or service providers as required. Conduct office tours for new starters and assist with their onboarding experience. Ensure staff birthdays, anniversaries, milestones, and celebrations are acknowledged and coordinated. Maintain office inventory, stationery, and supplies. Assist with printing, binding, and formatting tasks as needed. Support People & Culture and other departments with ad hoc administrative tasks. Assist in organising internal events, morning teas, and staff engagement activities. Monitor and manage the travel inbox. Assist with reconciling company credit cards, ensuring accurate records and timely submission of expenses We are looking for the below skillset and experience: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Strong sense of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment. Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed. Requirements Previous reception or office coordination experience preferred. Ability to maintain a polished and welcoming front-of-house environment.
