Your opportunity Are you passionate about transforming data into strategic insights that drive organisational growth? As a Business Intelligence Analyst – CaM, you will collect, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources to inform decision-making and improve performance across Anglicare. You’ll collaborate with business units, Finance, Innovation, and Executive teams to deliver clear, actionable insights and support evidence-based planning. With integrity and resilience, you will: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Automate regular reporting and ensure data visualisations are clear and accurate Support data governance frameworks and monitor data quality and integrity Translate analytical findings into meaningful business recommendations Lead user acceptance testing and validate delivered functionality Build strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance organisational data literacy Communicate complex analytics in accessible, business-friendly language What you’ll bring You are a detail-oriented and collaborative professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You bring strong technical skills, stakeholder engagement experience and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will also need: Tertiary qualification in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related discipline 5 years’ experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data interpretation Advanced skills in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, model design), Tableau, and SQL Experience with data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to design intuitive dashboards aligned with business KPIs Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, and working with complex datasets Familiarity with CRM (preferably Salesforce), ERP, or other enterprise data systems Exposure to aged care, healthcare, home care service delivery, or adjacent industries is highly desirable Relevant certifications in project management, agile, or change management are a plus Why Anglicare?
