About the Role We are seeking a skilled Senior Advisor – Secondary Approvals to support a major transport infrastructure program in Melbourne. In this role, you will manage approval workflows for complex contract packages, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory, safety, and client requirements before progressing through the final governance process. Working closely with project managers, engineering teams, commercial leads, and senior stakeholders, you will ensure efficient approvals, accurate compliance checks, and strong alignment between project activities and regulatory obligations. This position is suited to someone who enjoys working in a high-profile, fast-paced project environment and is experienced in Victorian planning and environmental approval frameworks.
