Key responsibilities: Work in a team environment with respect to the collection, analysis, completion, and reporting of corporate governance information. Including the areas of business and strategic planning, reporting, complaints management, risk, and disaster management. Assist in the planning, development, delivery, and monitoring of financial services within Victim Assist to ensure the efficient operation of Victim Assist. Including the areas of financial processes, procurement, budgets, travel, and the Department's financial systems. Provide high level support to the Victims of Crime Community Response portfolio by supporting brokerage functions, accurate preparation and processing of payments and expenditure claims. Develop and maintain positive work relationships within Victim Assist, stakeholders, and external agencies through the use of effective communication skills. Act as the Victim Assist Queensland Privacy and Right to Information Contact Officer. Manage Victim Assist's resources and related policies, processes, and systems.
