How you'll contribute In this role, you will represent the department in sensitive discussions and negotiations, maintaining a clear focus on achieving results and communicating with influence to ensure delivery agencies commit to achieving meaningful outcomes. You will be responsible for all aspects of supervising a small team, including providing direction and guidance to deliver a high standard of service to our stakeholders. You will identify and lead opportunities to enhance service delivery, process improvement, and innovation across government, through the provision of strategic advice and actionable recommendations to address emerging priorities and help shape future government policy and strategic decision-making across the government's highest priorities - including health, housing and home ownership, and reducing victims of crime.
