In this role you will: Provide highly confidential administrative and executive support to the Health Ombudsman and the Executive Leadership team, by actively participating in the delivery and co-ordination of the Health Ombudsman's business function. Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency through the quality and assurance checking of correspondence, always exercising a high level of discretion and confidentiality. Organise meetings, conferences, travel arrangements and monitor and maintain the Health Ombudsman's diary schedule and emails, group email inboxes and the follow up of action items including tracking and monitoring important issues, deliverables, and responses to meet designated timeframes. Provide secretariat services to Executive Leadership Committee, Joint Consultative Committee, Health Safety and Wellbeing Committee and other committees including preparation of agendas, minutes, co-ordination of papers and reports, organising and scheduling of meetings, booking of rooms, equipment, and other requirements. Analyse enquiries or requests from internal and external stakeholders and research, determine and undertake appropriate action on behalf of the Health Ombudsman. Use discretion to autonomously redirect and respond to written and verbal enquiries to the Office of the Health Ombudsman, preparing written responses and re-directing enquiries to relevant business areas.
