Your new role: Join the Operational Support Services team at Bayside Health Service and help create a clean, safe and welcoming environment for patients, staff and visitors. Perform general and clinical cleaning duties to required hygiene and infection control standards. Assist with patient transfers and provide support to patient care activities as directed. Maintain cleaning equipment, manage waste removal, and use supplies cost-effectively. Work collaboratively within a supportive team across multiple Bayside Health Service sites. About you: You're a motivated and reliable individual who takes pride in your work and understands the importance of a clean, safe healthcare environment. You thrive in a team setting and demonstrate integrity, care and professionalism in all you do. Ability to deliver high-quality cleaning services and follow infection control procedures. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently when required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
