About the Role We’re now seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our MAX team in South Australia. As Customer Relationship Manager within MAX Technical Services, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth across the South Australian market. This role is all about developing and managing strategic customer relationships—securing re-signs, growth into new markets, maximising value, and ensuring long-term partnerships that deliver commercial outcomes. In this role, you will: Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer and partner stakeholders. Lead negotiations to secure favourable agreements and re-signs. Develop and implement strategies to monetise partnerships and drive growth. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer outcomes. Monitor and report on partnership performance, retention, and commercial impact. About You You’re commercially savvy, customer-focused, and skilled at building long-term relationships that deliver results. With proven experience in partnerships or commercial management, you’re just as comfortable negotiating deals as you are analysing data to shape strategy. You’ll bring: A strong track record in managing and growing strategic partnerships. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Commercial acumen and experience in revenue generation and customer retention. The ability to think strategically and analyse market trends to inform decisions.
