Position Summary: Manage the Day-to-day system operation and maintenance routines of the property Oversee all preventative maintenance repairs Liaise with contractors, suppliers and like-minded people for equipment and relationship building Lead the engineering maintenance crew, keeping operations smooth while sparking a culture that’s bold, fresh, and unapologetically fun. Actively identify, conduct and manage repairs to the building and equipment Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings Oversee building & service standards and identify and implement improvement initiatives showcasing your creativity and innovation skills. Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Engineering department Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the MOXY Hotels core values About You: Relevant managerial experience in general maintenance, property maintenance in hotels, facilities, residential or commercial.
