If you could spare an hour a week to visit one of the clients locally, the visits are sure to bring you and the client much connection and happiness. Locations: Sans Souci, Hurstville , Rosebery, Brighton le Sands , Kensington , Kogarah, Dolls Point. Your impact Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated. HammondCare HammondCare is an independent Christian charity and we're passionate about improving the quality of life for people in need. We have a wonderful group of volunteers that partner with us to enhance the lives of the clients cared for by HammondCare. HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
