You’ll be leading a small but hungry team of two young BDMs who are keen, driven, and just need the right leader: someone who can push, coach, guide, and lift their game. You’ll have full support from head office, but you’ll be the one steering the ship in Queensland. What you’ll do: Own and grow the QLD operation: revenue, relationships, market presence. Lead and develop two BDMs: build their capability, sharpen their approach, and set clear expectations. Win new business while strengthening existing customer relationships. Build brand presence across construction, civil, industrial, and other relevant markets. Shape the future of the QLD team: hire, develop, and grow headcount as the state expands. Work closely with the leadership to align strategy and share wins, challenges, and opportunities. Who I'm looking for: Someone who gets pumped by growth. You’ll thrive here if you are: A proven sales or state leader with experience in industrial, civil, construction, machinery, manufacturing, or similar B2B environments. A builder: someone who knows how to grow revenue, not just maintain it. Commercially sharp: strong with pricing, margins, forecasting, and pipeline management. Relationship-driven with the ability to open doors and build credibility quickly. Resilient and proactive, the kind of person who owns problems and solves them.
