A national leader in hydraulic systems and fluid transfer solutions is seeking an a Territory Manager position, to manage and support clients across the oil and gas, drilling, energy, mining and heavy industrial sectors . The Opportunity This is a rare chance for someone ready to step up into an External Sales position — ideally coming from an Internal Sales role — and prepared to take full ownership of driving the next phase of growth in a high-trust, high-performance environment. The role requires strong yet tactful negotiation skills, paired with excellent communication, as you will be working closely with franchise business owners. Key Responsibilities Accountable for sales and development of market segment in the assigned territory. Market analysis and business development. Formulating, improving and implementing effective sales strategies Maintain and strengthen the relationship with franchises to build successful and acceptable level of sales. Provide promotional and technical support level of expertise. Ensure that operations and responsibilities are documented properly through company's dedicated system. Keeping an accurate and updated pipeline within the CRM tool. Qualifications: Sales experience in an industrial environment ideally Oil and Gas, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mining or related technical service environment. Comfortable navigating complex distribution or franchise-style customer ecosystems, ideally involving end users, contractors and OEM partners. Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel. A people-first leader who builds trust, accountability, enthusiasm and performance in teams. Competency in CRM and Office productivity tools.
