The Role This role is ideally suited for an individual with substantial experience in irrigated cropping, preferably possessing several years of full-cycle (including spraying) expertise. You will use your knowledge to operate and maintain a modern fleet of John Deere machinery, independently managing all farming operations. The primary responsibilities of the position include the skilled operation of modern John Deere farm machinery across all aspects of crop production, as well as the effective management and upkeep of the property's irrigation systems. A commitment to scheduled servicing and proactive maintenance of all farm equipment is also required. This key position reports directly to the Farm Manager, making significant contributions to the farm's overall success.
