They are seeking a hands-on Cleaning, Maintenance & Services Supervisor to manage staff, ensure contract compliance, maintain service quality, and foster a culture of safety and operational excellence across their contracts. Job Title: Cleaning, Maintenance & Other Services Supervisor Hours: 76 per fortnight Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 (plus potential $15,000 salary sacrificing) Key Responsibilities Lead and maintain a strong safety culture across all operations Supervise day-to-day service delivery including rostering, timesheets, performance management, and staff training Act as the main liaison with clients regarding contract matters, including monthly reporting Provide monthly billing and reporting to Admin & Finance teams Interview and onboard new staff in collaboration with HR Identify and coordinate staff training programs Conduct site inductions and risk assessments for new or changed activities Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and manuals Conduct quality inspections to ensure contracts meet KPIs and client expectations Implement risk mitigation strategies and manage internal staff conflicts Assist with operational duties as required to support service delivery Skills & Experience Required Strong understanding of WHS systems and ability to implement in the field Experience managing commercial service contracts Knowledge of budgeting, rostering, and service costings Understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement Queensland Driver’s Licence Experience supervising multiple staff and managing conflict Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or ability to obtain within 3 months) White Card How to Apply For further information or to apply, please contact Shauna Cowen on 07 4639 4410 or email recruitment@hb.net.au .
