Description Our busy clinics within South-East Melbourne are seeking enthusiastic and proactive Medical Receptionists to join the team These are both Permanent Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities to work with a fantastic team who continue to develop their operations to achieve outstanding success. This role will be rotating clinics in Berwick, Pakenham and Dandenong. What will you be doing? The role involves being the first point of contact for all our patients (in person, call and email) and giving them the quality care associated with I-MED Radiology Network. You will be assisting patients to make and amend bookings, general preparation and billing information relating to the procedure. When and where will you do it? Our receptions operate at different hours depending on the clinic, but you will be rostered for 7.6-hour shifts Monday to Friday, and you will be given Induction training upon commencement and with additional on the floor support, monitoring and ongoing coaching, feedback and development.
