We deliver nationwide turnkey telecommunication infrastructure solutions, encompassing engineering, installation, commissioning, and maintenance across multiple disciplines. The Role Reporting to the project manager the Junior Business Support Officer’s purpose is to assist and be trained in the day-to-day administrative duties of the Project/Division to achieve the employee’s appointed Entity/ Team goals. The Business Support Officer will be responsible for: • Provide as required administration support to your assigned Entity. • Greeting people with a smile and a helpful attitude. • Answering telephone calls promptly and courteously and transferring as required. • Support Project Managers with the creation, collation and storing of electronic and hardcopy correspondence and documentation (i.e. Site Paperwork, Letters, reports etc.) in compliance with Company branding, quality and document control standards. • Communicate with third parties, including sourcing information on any site-specific requirements for personnel, maintenance, vehicles, plant, and machinery. • Assist with the onboarding and mobilisation of new starters (i.e. collating paperwork). • Support Project Managers with office printing, scanning, and filing, as required. • Assist with tracking apprentice training and supervision records. • Assist with maintaining Project and employee specific training matrices, vehicle, and fleet registers and travel manifests. • Assist with booking site specific or role specific training as required (I.e. Division/Site/Project Inductions, High Risk tickets etc). • Record and upload any VOC’s, inductions, or ongoing training documentation in employees’ personnel file. • Assist with ordering and maintaining consumables levels (i.e., PPE). • Support Project Managers with collating, coding, and submitting all Project related receipts. Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience • Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety • Current National Police Clearance • Valid Driver’s Licence – “C” Class • Good customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail • Intermediate level PC, printer, scanners, and internet skills • Intermediate level Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills • High efficiency and accuracy of typing and word processing • The ability to represent the Company in a professional manner • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
