The Service & Experience (S&E) business unit unites all member-facing teams with the ambition to deliver a consistently high-quality, end-to-end service experience. The Role As Head of Enablement & Business Management, you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership to the S&E Enablement & Business Management department, supporting the Chief Service & Experience Officer and the S&E Leadership Team. You’ll drive business planning, prioritisation, and performance reporting, ensuring our teams deliver with clarity and pace. Your work will be visible, valued, and central to our ongoing service transformation. Furthermore, you’ll oversee specialist enablement functions that lift capability: training strategy, service quality frameworks, knowledge management, workforce optimisation, and data insights. You’ll facilitate leadership cadences, craft compelling executive reporting, and build strong cross-business relationships to align plans and accelerate delivery. In this position you’ll lead leaders and subject matter experts, with three direct reports and oversight of a broader team. Key focus areas: Drive business planning and operational rhythms, including KPIs, and executive insights. Lead business management activities – management, executive and board reporting, budget management and administration support. Lead enablement services (training, quality, knowledge, workforce analytics, BI) to improve service consistency and efficiency. Facilitate leadership cadences and cross-business alignment, shape clear narratives and internal communications to drive connection and progress to the service strategy. Oversee workforce planning, capability development, knowledge and quality management to support operational excellence and transformation. Build strong relationships across the business and support cultural and employee engagement initiatives. About You You’re a high-performing people leader with experience in large, complex environments, ideally financial services (superannuation advantageous) who brings multidisciplinary strength, execution excellence, and a track record of business and culture transformation. You think strategically, make decisions with data, and communicate with clarity to Executive and Board audiences. What you’ll bring Senior leadership experience; proven ability to lead leaders and technical experts. Multidisciplinary Financial Services background with strong financial acumen and large P&L exposure. Proven delivery of transformation; ability to set strategic direction and drive execution paired with agile ways of working Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
