Incredible opportunity to work for one of Sydney's leading real estate agencies No accounts, leasing or inspections plus great administration support Learn from an experienced, award-winning leadership team Up to $120K for the right candidate The Role: Manage a high end residential portfolio Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients Handle rent reviews, lease renewals, budgeting, and financial reporting. Oversee and coordinate maintenance requests and repairs, ensuring properties are well-maintained to the highest standard. Ensure all properties comply with current legislation, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and industry standards. NCAT prep and attendance when required The Person: Proven experience in property management within real estate Strong understanding of the Sydney real estate market and NSW legislation. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with excellent time-management abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
