What You’ll Be Doing Leading the creation, development and maintenance of detailed construction schedules Converting design documentation into logical, robust programs Engaging with stakeholders to validate, challenge and integrate third-party schedules Running schedule analysis, resequencing and progress tracking activities Preparing clear, tailored reporting and client-ready deliverables (analysis, dashboards, presentations) Identifying risks, constraints and opportunities within the schedule Applying best-practice planning and project controls methodologies What They’re Looking For 5 years in planning/scheduling roles within construction or infrastructure Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture or similar Strong grounding in planning principles, methodologies and construction sequencing Advanced experience using Primavera P6 Confident communicator with experience facing clients and managing expectations Someone comfortable leading tasks autonomously while supporting junior team members Understanding of project controls frameworks and broader project management principles Consultancy experience is a strong advantage.
