With major growth underway and more projects coming online, we’re looking for motivated Driller Offsiders to join their high-performing crew and continue your career in the drilling industry. The Opportunity As a Driller Offsider, you’ll be right in the action out on site – supporting drilling operations and working with experienced drillers. No two days will look the same. You’ll get to: Assist with mobilising, cleaning and maintaining drill rigs and equipment Keep mud pits, drains and drill sites clean and orderly Mix and test drilling fluids, chemicals and grout Help collect and prepare geological samples Operate pumps and other equipment for air, water and mud systems Perform basic maintenance and checks to keep operations running safely This is hands-on, physical work — perfect for those who love working outdoors, being part of a tight-knit team, and learning practical skills that drive career progression. What You’ll Bring Previous offsiding or physical labouring experience HR-B Licence required Water drilling experience preferred A current and clean National Police Clearance (within 6 months) WA based Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Power tools experience Strong level of physical fitness and experience working FIFO White Card required Why join?
