With a strong pipeline rolling into 2026, they are expanding their team and seeking a driven Project Engineer to support the delivery of a new commercial facility. About the Role As a Project Engineer , you’ll contribute to the full life cycle of a commercial build — from technical coordination through to site delivery and close-out. You’ll work closely with the PM, Site Manager, consultants and subcontractors to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate subcontractors and assist with daily site operations Review drawings, specifications, RFIs and technical documentation Support project planning, scheduling and program tracking Manage procurement, cost control, variations and reporting Oversee QA processes, ITPs, commissioning and defect management Liaise with architects, engineers and client representatives Maintain high standards of safety, quality and project delivery About You You’ll thrive in a fast-paced construction environment and bring a strong technical mindset coupled with excellent communication skills. We’re looking for: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar Experience as a Project Engineer or Site Engineer on commercial projects Strong understanding of building services, structural coordination and construction methodology Ability to interpret drawings and manage subcontractor performance Problem-solving ability and high attention to detail A proactive, professional and team-focused approach Why Join This Builder?
