Based on the CBD Fringe, within walking distance from the train station and bus stops, they offer a great hourly rate and the convenience of standard hours Monday–Friday hours (8:30am–5:00pm). What you’ll be doing We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Collections Officers to join the team. In this role, you will: Act as the initial touchpoint for customers, making inbound and outbound calls and providing outstanding service and confidently resolving their enquiries Respond to a broad range of questions, maintain precise data entry, and ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism, positivity, and efficiency Negotiate payment plans and resolve account-related queries on the spot Do you have what it takes? 2 years’ experience in collections, credit control, or a strong desire to build a career in the space Confidence making high-volume outbound calls with a client-first approach A resilient, organised, and solutions-focused mindset Available immediately and able to commit to the full contract duration What's in it for you The opportunity to join a large, well known organisation with the potential of contract extension A great hourly rate!
