About the Role We are seeking an engaging and solutions-focused Customer Relations Officer (AO4) to join a Queensland State Government team on a 6-month contract, with strong potential for a further 6-month extension. In this role, you will play a key part in managing customer enquiries and complaints, providing professional case management support within a legislative and policy-driven environment. You will work closely with customers, business partners and internal stakeholders to deliver timely, customer-centred outcomes. Key Responsibilities Analyse and evaluate complaint information and investigation outcomes to ensure responses meet required standards. Source additional information as needed to support accurate and timely case resolution. Provide clear, professional and customer-focused written and verbal communication across multiple channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, business partners and external stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting new procedures, work practices and local strategies. Support project activities and broader team priorities as required.
