Your New Role This 2-year contract for a Program Coordinator has been designed to support the administration of a Fund-wide flagship transformation program. This transformation program is focused on strengthening the Fund’s risk management capabilities through the implementation of a new risk target operating model. This transformation aims to enhance clarity of roles, improve risk ownership, and embed a stronger risk culture across the Fund. As the Program Coordinator you will support the delivery of initiatives within the Risk Culture stream, working closely with Group Risk, Colleagues & Culture, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective coordination, communication, and execution of key activities. Key duties include but not limited to; Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure materials are accurate, relevant, and aligned with program needs. Support the coordination of program sessions and events, including international participants. Assist with bookings using the Microsoft Bookings portal, adapting processes as they evolve. Support the maintenance and organisation of program-related collateral including guides, templates, and resources. Develop a tracking spreadsheet to track and report on attendance, metrics and engagement across the Fund, globally. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance participant experience. What You’ll Need Qualification in any business-related field and at least three years proven experience. Demonstrate the ability to co-ordinate, organise and manage resources to achieve program goals. Strong customer relations experience, interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate and interact competently and professionally. Strong computer literacy skills with MS Office suite Proven experience in program coordination, administration, or similar support roles. High-level written and verbal communication skills. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
