The role supports the end to end employee life cycle, maintains compliance documents and has the opportunity to get involved in HR projects. What you can expect: Support the end-to-end employee life cycle. Support HR compliance requirements. Providing systems support -Visual Care, Expr3ss, and Etrainu. Contributing to strategic HR initiatives and improvement projects. Preparing HR reports, documentation and correspondence. You’ll be confident in communicating with staff, managers, and candidates across the organisation. You’ll have the ability to maintain compliance records with accuracy and discretion. Essentials: 2-3 years’ experience in a HR Coordinator role or equivalent. Have a qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent. Up-to-date Influenza vaccination. National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years) Experience using HR and recruitment systems.
