Role: Registered Nurse To be successful in this role: Bring strong clinical assessment and care planning skills, particularly in managing chronic conditions, wound care, and palliative care. Demonstrate excellent clinical judgement and the ability to respond calmly in urgent or complex situations. Have well-developed documentation and computer skills, with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Show strong leadership and mentoring skills, supporting and guiding care staff in daily practice. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to build trust and achieve the best outcomes. Display a commitment to person-centred care, with genuine compassion and respect for residents’ dignity and independence. Understand and apply Aged Care Quality Standards, infection prevention principles, and WHS practices. Be adaptable, organised, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
