About the Role Join Avant’s Business Solutions division as a Technical Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping value driven digital solutions that support medical practice administration, hospital governance, and legal services. In this role, you’ll work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions that empower our healthcare sector clients. You’ll contribute to the development of new digital offerings, enhance our existing platforms, and apply strong problem-solving skills to create tangible business value. Key accountabilities: • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on discovery activities and user story refinement.• Develop and support technical solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other enterprise applications.• Partner with Product Owners on backlog grooming and work with Test Managers to define acceptance criteria.• Engage with internal IT teams and external vendors to deliver solutions aligned with business, compliance, and security standards. Skills and experience required: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.• 3 - 5 years of experience in technical data roles such as data engineering, ETL development, or database development.• Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and system integrations.• Hands-on experience with SQL Server database management and optimisation.• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with architects and technical leaders on solution design.• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Azure cloud technologies.• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PowerApps.• Familiar with C# .NET development.• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant insights.• Experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar technologies.• A keen interest in data protection, cyber security, AI, and analytics.
