IT Manager We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead IT strategy, infrastructure, systems and cybersecurity within a regulated med-tech environment. You will ensure secure, reliable technology solutions that support business operations, compliance and growth. Key Responsibilities Drive and implement IT strategy aligned with business goals. Manage IT budgets, systems, cloud/servers, networks and enterprise applications (ERP/CRM/HRIS). Lead cybersecurity, compliance, risk assessments and business continuity. Oversee IT projects, integrations and digital transformation. Lead, mentor and support IT staff; manage vendors and stakeholders. About You 7–10 years’ IT management experience with strong infrastructure, cloud (Azure/AWS) and security knowledge. Proven project leadership and vendor management skills. Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder skills. Desirable Experience in med-tech/healthcare environments. Familiarity with ISO 13485, TGA or GDPR compliance.
