In this role, you'll be responsible for planning and executing patching cycles across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments, ensuring systems remain secure, compliant, and up to date. You'll work closely with Information Security and other stakeholders to remediate vulnerabilities and maintain operational excellence. What You Will Do Here: Plan, schedule, and execute patching cycles across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. Validate, test, and deploy OS and third-party patches using enterprise tools (e.g., SCCM/MECM, Intune, WSUS, Azure Update Manager, Ansible). Monitor and troubleshoot patch failures and maintain patch baselines. Collaborate with Information Security to analyse vulnerability reports and prioritise remediation. Provide audit evidence and maintain compliance with patch SLAs. Drive automation opportunities and produce regular patch performance reports. Who You Are: 3 – 5 years' experience in server patching, systems administration, or infrastructure operations. Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux patching. Familiarity with enterprise patching tools (MECM/SCCM, WSUS, Azure Update Manager, RedHat Satellite). Understanding of vulnerability management processes (CVEs, CVSS). Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience with ITIL/Change Management frameworks. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
