We are seeking a solutions focused, driven and experienced Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of Technician and Trades staff to success, ensuring the safe, efficient and cost effective maintenance and availability of our Heavy Mobile fleet! The role is offered on an 8/6/7/7 days and nights FIFO roster at our Jupiter operation in the prolific Laverton Gold district. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring works are completed safely, in line with WHS legislation Ensuring machines are maintained to company standards as per OEM specifications Ensure maintenance compliance with all planned and unplanned events Breakdowns, labour requirements, work order control and cost management. Delivery of daily scheduling of planned and unplanned work to meet the weekly mine plan Focus on continuous improvement and lead teams to develop and implement solutions.
