Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates Perform critical path analysis and progress tracking to ensure timely project delivery Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies Prepare and analyse project performance reports, including earned value metrics Manage change control processes, including scope, schedule, and cost changes Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide strategic insights and recommendations Implement and maintain project control systems and tools Support the development of project governance frameworks and best practices Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project controls function
