About the opportunity In this newly created role, the Drafting Team Leader will oversee the drafting team’s workflow, ensuring timely, accurate plans and compliance with industry standards. You’ll drive process improvements, mentor team members, and collaborate across departments. More specifically, you will: • Allocate workload to the drafting team. • Train, mentor and update the team on legislative changes • Resolve complex drafting issues and streamline bottlenecks • Lead regular workflow meetings and ensure effective communication with stakeholders • Monitor team performance against KPIs and objectives • Provide accurate project status reports and forecast completion dates • Ensure quality control and compliance through drafting checks • Hands on production of siting plans and drafts when required • Identify risks and opportunities for business improvement. • Foster a positive team culture aligned with company values.
