Job Description As part of our exciting growth journey in Canberra, we are seeking a dynamic Project Director to lead strategic initiatives, manage complex projects, and drive our vision forward. Be the primary interface with Turner & Townsend project management clients. Provide leadership to the team leaders within project management and provide leadership and mentoring to the project management team. Lead and manage large scale projects as the key client interface Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion Managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc. Managing project safety and environmental requirements Managing project timelines, risks and reporting Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track Direct line management team responsibility
