Sales & Marketing Enablement Specialist - 12-Month Contract Location: Sydney (Hybrid, 2-3 days in office) Contract: 12 months Salary: $168k Super About the Role We are currently working with a fantastic business who are looking for a talented Sales & Marketing Enablement Specialist to make an impact with their dynamic APAC sales team in Sydney . This hands-on role blends sales enablement, marketing knowledge, and creative training delivery to help sellers succeed with marketing automation tools. Key Responsibilities Deliver onboarding programs and sales training for APAC sales hires. Run call coaching sessions and provide actionable feedback to improve performance. Create enablement content, including playbooks, scripts, and presentation packs. Support new product launches and translate marketing/Martech knowledge into practical guidance. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Act as a hands-on resource for sellers, helping them apply learning to real sales opportunities. Ideal Candidate Experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or marketing-driven enablement , ideally in SaaS or Martech. Exposure to marketing automation or CRM platforms . Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills - relatable, approachable, and confident. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be creative in developing training and enablement resources. Understanding of APAC sales markets and cross-cultural teams.
