Oversee daily operations across multiple offices, ensuring a seamless and professional experience Lead and support front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding service Manage facilities and office services, including parking and general upkeep Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and provide executive support Plan and deliver state-wide events such as conferences and team celebrations Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners Align Victorian workplace initiatives with national standards and processes
