Provide second level support for the applications and work collaboratively with first level technical support staff to ensure defined service levels are met. Develop and maintain procedures and documentation in relation to software changes. Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities): Demonstrated ability to effectively perform the requirements of the role within a large complex and geographically dispersed ICT environment. Demonstrated ability to participate effectively in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices, including: employment equity, anti-discrimination, ethical behaviour, and occupational health and safety. Experience as a full-stack developer with strong system design skills and knowledge in C++, C#, JScript/JQuery, HTML, .NET, MVC, Entity Framework, WCF, and WPF. Why work with us?
