About you: In your new role you will Provide effective and efficient management of service in collaboration with the Nursing Director of Mental Health & AODS, clinical and non-clinical staff to facilitate the provision of quality evidence-based care. Lead the implementation of programs through effective use of teams, establishing clear plans, timelines and specific activities. Accountable for own decisions, actions, behaviours and standards including monitoring and evaluating activities delegated to others.
