About the role Provide specialist emergency medicine care for adult and paediatric patients at Caboolture Hospital, while supervising junior doctors and supporting safe, efficient patient flow. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality emergency medicine services, managing complex clinical situations and critical care needs. Supervise and mentor junior medical officers, fostering a learning environment through teaching and research. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care, effective patient flow, and adherence to safety standards. Contribute to clinical models of care, patient safety initiatives, and departmental portfolios to enhance emergency services.
