As Senior/Development Manager , you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple land subdivision projects — from initial feasibility and design to civil and infrastructure works, through to new stage design and release. Working in a close-knit, high-performing team, you’ll coordinate consultants and contractors, manage budgets and reporting, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard. This role is ideal for a hands-on, solutions-focused DM who thrives in an environment where autonomy, accountability and action are valued. Your technical understanding of land and infrastructure delivery, combined with your commercial acumen and business mindset will help drive project success.
