We are actively searching for experienced Services professionals to join our NSW Construction team. These roles will be integral to delivering key projects across Sydney, where you'll collaborate with highly skilled teams that value partnership, precision, and outstanding results. Services Managers/Engineers within Multiplex are part of the project delivery team supported and guided by other Services and key project team members. They are exposed to all services disciplines (fire, plumbing, electrical, mechanical ICT and security), and involved in all aspects of design, install, testing, commissioning, and handover as well as project fundamentals such as safety, commercial and contract document management. Tertiary qualifications in HVAC Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building OR equivalent trade qualifications are necessary for this role. We would like candidates to have experience working within a commercial construction contractor or subcontractor environment, combined with strong technical knowledge and practical experience in the installation and coordination of multidiscipline building services. Other key attributes include an analytical mindset, problem solving skills and exceptional stakeholder management. Knowledge of, and a commitment to energy efficiencies & sustainability, including green building practices and energy-saving technologies is considered an advantage.
