We're looking for an enthusiastic Site Supervisor to join our M-TECH team and grow with us. This is a fantastic opportunity for a trade qualified carpenter who has previous experience working on large-scale high-rise construction projects and is eager to learn, develop new skills, and gain international experience. About The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Supervisor will oversee the delivery and operation of jumpform systems on high-rise construction sites. You'll lead a small team, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and play a key role in driving project efficiency. What We're Looking For Trade-qualified carpenter or equivalent building construction (high rise) background. Willingness to learn jumpform systems and processes previous experience or exposure to OM, Turiim, Cantilever is highly desirable Articulate communicator with good problem-solving skills.
