About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to take ownership of a diverse product portfolio within the Trade Division. This role offers the opportunity to lead the growth of a high-potential generator and power products category while becoming the go-to technical expert. You will manage products throughout their lifecycle from concept and development to launch and end-of-life while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovation and market competitiveness. Key Responsibilities Oversee assigned product portfolios from market analysis and new product development (NPD) through launch, review, and end-of-life. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing reviews to identify trends and growth opportunities. Develop deep technical knowledge of generators and power products, providing guidance to internal teams and customers. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Global Sourcing to deliver product initiatives and ensure continuity of supply. Provide product training, demonstrations, and technical support to internal teams, dealers, and end users. Maintain accurate product data, specifications, and compliance documentation. Assist with packaging design, merchandising materials, and POS collateral to strengthen category presence. Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years' experience in Product Management, ideally within tools, power equipment, or technical trade products. Proven success in delivering NPD projects and managing end-to-end product lifecycles. Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint essential). Experience collaborating across supply, marketing, and sourcing functions. Mechanically minded with an understanding of small engines, generators, or related technical products. Personal Attributes Self-starter with initiative and strong organisational skills.
