This role is the first point of contact for trade customers, providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone. Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently. Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders. Communicate with warehouse staff regarding stock and order status. Maintain product knowledge and promote specials or new products. Handle POS transactions and cash balancing. Ensure the counter and sales area are clean and professional. Skills & Experience Previous experience in trade, building supplies, or warehouse sales environments preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Competent in Microsoft Office and POS/ERP systems. Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment. Knowledge of aluminium profiles and terminology is advantageous.
