About the role As the Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the broader property team. Responsible for a broad range of administrative tasks, you will be the go to person for both internal requests as well as client service. Key responsibilities include: All round office support, including administrative tasks relating to lease administration, marketing, finance and general team support Database management Preparation & organisation of meetings, including minute-taking General team support including diary & event coordination, travel bookings and ad hoc tasks as requested About you To be successful in this role, it is essential to have: Experience in administration within the real estate industry.
