About the role As General Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for the Asset Manager, overseeing all aspects of property operations, financial performance and tenant relations. You will lead a multi-level team and ensure strategic alignment with stakeholders while maintaining the premium status of these assets. Responsibilities Oversee operations for Collins street asset, including financial performance, leasing and tenant relations. Develop and implement strategies to drive tenant satisfaction and retention across 24 tenants. Lead and inspire a multi-level team, ensuring training, development, and succession planning. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver strategic asset plans, capital works and marketing initiatives. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and risk management practices, maintaining safety and security standards. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. A current Real Estate Licence in Victoria. Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role managing premium Grade A assets. Strong understanding of commercial real estate operations and Melbourne market trends.
