A major transformation program is underway, and we’re seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Delivery Manager to lead operational delivery across a complex ecosystem of legacy and modern platforms. In this role, you’ll oversee BAU operations, coordinate technical work packages, uplift delivery processes, and support the transition to enterprise Microsoft technologies. You will lead a large, multi-disciplinary team, manage vendor partners, maintain service quality, and ensure critical systems are supported, maintained, and continuously improved. This is a key leadership position driving technical excellence, strong governance, effective stakeholder engagement, and high-quality delivery outcomes. What You Will Do Lead the delivery of BAU support, platform operations, software deployments, and service improvements across a complex suite of systems. Coordinate large operational work packages and interface with major modernisation programs. Drive continuous improvement, automation opportunities, process optimisation, and operational uplift. Oversee integration, testing, and deployment across on-prem and cloud environments. Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder relationships across multiple streams. Lead teams, coordinate vendors, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business needs. Experience Needed 10 years technical leadership across software, infrastructure, and platform delivery. Strong Microsoft ecosystem capability , including Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Dataverse. Proven experience leading large technical teams , vendors, and complex operational environments. What You Bring Deep understanding of modern and legacy application environments. Ability to navigate ambiguity, analyse risk, and make clear decisions. Excellent communication, governance, stakeholder, and leadership capability. Strong problem-solving and the ability to manage competing priorities.
