What you'll do Maintain defined enterprise service levels by providing high level Information Communications and Technology (ICT) technical expertise, quality technical support and adhering to departmental standards, policies, procedures and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes. Provide high level advice and consultation to assist management in the decision-making process and assessment of the impact of change by preparing documentation, such as reports, specifications, trends/impact analyses. Apply advanced system knowledge to provide high level system advice to assist stakeholders with implementing new business processes. Assist in continuous improvement of system procedures and practices by liaising and consulting with all stakeholders providing high level investigations and recommendations to ensure the system is meeting changing requirements. About you We are searching for someone who has: Well-developed high level application knowledge and skills in the operation of BreastScreen Queensland systems and the ability to apply these skills in order to refine these applications to meet health information and data collection requirements. Demonstrated ability to identify and analyse problems associated with information management systems, and to develop remedial strategies and implement recommendations. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders to develop business system requirements and improved workflows and to implement new systems and or system functionality. Ability to design, deliver and evaluate training programs to support implementation of new functionality and systems. High level oral and written communication skills including a demonstrated ability to prepare and present complex, significant reports and or other business documentation as required. Demonstrated ability to write test case scenarios to support system and user acceptance testing and coordinate acceptance testing with key stakeholders. Interpersonal and high-level negotiation skills appropriate to an environment of change and evolution. Demonstrated ability to ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer focused ICT / Clinical Business environment. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information of a sensitive nature in a continuously reforming environment.
