Description Why the role? To support the continued growth of our IT team, we’re inviting an Applications Specialist to join our dynamic national team, assisting the smooth operation and continual improvement of our core business applications. This role is vital for ensuring our systems run efficiently, integrating new technologies, and providing expert troubleshooting and support to our staff. You’ll play a key part in enhancing productivity and compliance, working closely with the Head of Information Technology. Skills And Experiences Who are you? You have a strong understanding of legal business applications such as Elite 3E, iManage Suite, Clio Operate, and Microsoft 365. You’re committed to providing high-quality service and support, with excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, end-users, and vendors. You’re detail-oriented, quick to learn new technologies, and thrive in collaborative environments. You’re proactive in identifying opportunities to improve application performance and user experience. Ability to diagnose and resolve application issues efficiently. What does a standard week look like? Maintain, troubleshoot, and support business-critical applications. Configure and optimise applications to meet business needs. Assist with integration, upgrades, and enhancements in collaboration with vendors and IT colleagues. Deliver training and share best practices with staff. Document application configurations and processes. Support the implementation of security measures and compliance standards.
