Project Manager Location: Gold Coast with some WFH flexibility for Brisbane candidates Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 Super Type: Full-Time, Permanent An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale residential and institutional housing projects across South-East Queensland at this well regarded property developer. In this role, you’ll manage full project delivery from construction commencement through to handover and defect resolution with construction teams. This includes ensuring homes are built in accordance with contractual, regulatory and Housing Australia standards, managing milestone reporting, and coordinating submissions to State Government and institutional partners. You’ll work closely with internal construction teams, contractors and consultants to ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to specification. Strong contract administration, compliance reporting and stakeholder management skills are key to success.
